HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Our shipping is weight and dimension based.
- Each of our limited edition wall art prints take 1-2 days business days processing time. Standard Ground shipping estimated delivery is then an additional 1- 5 business days.
- We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- For online orders an email will be sent with a shipping
confirmation and tracking information, still have a question? No problem. Email us at shopgrimmerc@gmail.com
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- Apparently it costs money for packaging supplies and shipping costs, who knew?
- Currently shipping is not included in our product costs and will show up as the "Subtotal" cost within your checkout cart. As this small business continues to expand, our future aim is for shipping to be included and free of cost. We appreciate your patience in our company's evolution.
- Shipping and sales tax rates are collected at checkout for a more transparent transaction and easier delivery for our customers. We do not make any money on this service.
- Please Note; Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will have a significantly larger shipping fee due to their zoning.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

- If your order arrived damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible via email at shopgrimmerc@gmail.com or DM our Instagram @grim.merc with clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging inside and outside (even if not damaged). As soon as we receive the pictures of the damaged package and product we will handle your request. Please do not send back the damaged product back to us on your own behalf.
MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT DO I DO?
If your order has been marked delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing shopgrimmerc@gmail.com and we will track it down.

Our products currently ship to everywhere located in the USA.
We are working towards including Canada in the upcoming months of 2023, and on a global scale down the road.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

will arrive. We use UPS to ship all orders in the US. If you need to make a change to your address, please
